"We," "us," "our" means Hidezen and its affiliates.
"You," "your" means anyone using the Service.
"Activation Code" means the unique code we issue to activate your VPN access.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority) to use the Service.
Account. You must register and obtain an Activation Code. Provide and keep accurate, current information.
Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your code and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

During our beta, access may be free. Afterwards, paid plans apply. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before renewal.
We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur. Support is available via our Support Form.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect your email and Activation Code to provide the Service, plus anonymized usage metrics. We do not sell your personal data.
All rights, title and interest in the Service and Content (excluding your data) remain our property. Feedback you provide is assigned to us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the prior 12 months (or $10, whichever is less).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach.
By you. You may cancel at any time by contacting us via the Support Form. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes must be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
